特点与效益：

1、  节能效益，按SJN-1000型计算，一年节约蒸气约5400吨，冷却水14万吨，节约电13万多度，降低成本近20万元。

2、  本浓缩器采用外加热自然型循环式与真空负压蒸发方式，具有蒸发速度快，浓缩比重大，可达1.4(一般中药浸膏)，不需敞口锅收膏。

3、  本浓缩器采用三效同时蒸发，二次蒸汽得到反复使用，与单效比能耗约降70%，不到一年可用节能费中收回本浓缩器的全部投资。

4、  多功能操作特点为：(1)以回收酒精浓度在80度左右，(2)三效可以浓缩三种不同的物料，(3)一效、二效、三效，二效、一效可以反复交锅收膏。

5、  本浓缩器有特殊构造，浓缩出来的具有味道浓，膏质均匀，使物料在密封中无泡沫状态下进行浓缩，不易跑料，减少污染，当天浓缩完毕，不易结焦，清洗方便，打开加热器上下盖即可清洗，并节约劳力，一个可以操作。

6、  本浓缩器与物料接触部位均采用不锈钢SUS304制造，加热器，蒸发器外面设有保温层，保温采用聚胺脂发泡，外表面磨砂亚光处理，符合GMP医药标准。

6、The part inside the concentrator in contact with the caterial is made with stainless steel SUS304.The thermal layer made with polyurethane is available at the heater and evaporator.The surface is treated with sand grinding and surface polishing,meeting with the GMP standard.
